Registration includes kick-off lunch, greens fees, cart, beverages, dinner and prizes. Beverage carts will be available throughout the day. Teams are not confirmed until payment is received.
Meals:
For those who do not participate in the tournament or sponsor, meals can be purchased separately.

Sponsorship must be received by June 1 to ensure proper recognition. All sponsorships include all meals, beverages, signage and recognition in MPA publications and at the event.
Sponsorship does NOT include golfer registration.
